Segura Viudas participa a les Jornades Gastronòmiques del Calamar de Salou

Salou Squid Gastronomic Festival

Segura Viudas participates in the Squid Gastronomic Festival within the framework of our collaboration agreement with the Tarragona Hospitality Entrepreneurs Association (AEHT).

This is an initiative organized by the Economic Dynamization Area of ​​the Salou City Council and the AEHT takes place from November 19 to December 5 in the 13 establishments of restoration participants.

The program of the Festival includes the different menus that the restaurants will prepare, during the days of the contest, with squid as the main product. It also includes a set of easy recipes that the chefs of the establishments have prepared, so that they can be prepared from home, such as the honeyed sea urchin rice, the squid on piperada, the squid romesquete, baby broad beans with squid or squid in sauce, among others. This gastronomy is paired with the excellent wines and Cavas from our winery. Segura Viudas has always shown its support for the hotel industry and local tourism.

Great gastronomic offer in Salou

From Segura Viudas we encourage citizens to participate and enjoy the great gastronomic offer of Salou. Our Area Manager On Trade, Miquel de Julian, explains that “the Gastronomic Festival of the Squid of Salou is a very important bet, since the hotel industry is very relevant for the region”. And from Segura Viudas, we make our excellent range of wines available to participating restaurants: Xarel·lo, Garnatxa, Rosé, Mas d’Aranyó and Creu de Lavit.
