Ingredients of Water of Valencia
Agua de Valencia is made with orange juice, cava, gin, vodka, ice and sugar (optional). You will need to:
- Use freshly squeezed oranges in season
- Our excellent and emblematic cava Segura Viudas Brut Reserva
- Gin and Vodka to your preference
Agua de Valencia improves with rest, as its flavors and aromas become better integrated over time. For this reason, it is advisable to prepare it in advance and store it in the refrigerator until serving time, when we will only have to stir with a spoon, without stirring, and pour into Marie Antoinette-style glasses.

Step by step
We start by filling 33% of a jar with fresh orange juice, add 16% gin and another 16% vodka of your choice. Lastly, we incorporate 33% of the exquisite Segura Viudas Brut Reserva, stir gently and transfer to the refrigerator where we leave it to cool for an hour before serving and we can enjoy this wonderful cocktail whenever you want.
