The preparationGuide

Step by step

Its preparation is very simple; you can buy puree or peach juice. From Segura Viudas we recommend using natural peaches.

Peel the peaches, ripe and seedless, and mash until a liquid, smooth and homogeneous puree remains. We cool in the fridge, where we will also chill our bottle of cava (the two ingredients of the cocktail must be very cold).

We put the peach puree in glasses of cava or tall glasses, more or less at 40% and fill with the Segura Viudas Brut Reserva.

For the presentation, we recommend serving the cocktail very cold (without ice) and with a slice of peach on the rim of the glass, it gives it a touch to garnish the drink.
