Segura Viudas’ exit at the Catalan Wine and Sparkling Contest – Giroví

At Segura Viudas we are proud to announce the new successes obtained at the Catalonia Wine and Sparkling Contest – Giroví 2022, a prestigious competition held in Girona. Specifically, Segura Viudas, our renowned winery with 800 years of wine tradition and respect for roots, has achieved great results with a Grand Gold medal for the elegant and harmonious Segura Viudas Brut Vintage Gran Reserva

And a silver medal for Segura Viudas Brut Rosé, a delicious rosé with fruity aromas launched last year.

XXVII edition at the Catalan Wine and Sparkling Contest – Giroví

Created by Agustí Ensesa, founder of the Col·legi de Tastavins del Gironès, the Catalonia – Giroví Wine and Sparkling Contest held its XXVII edition on March 26 at the Carlemany Hotel in Girona with the participation of samples from all the Catalan DOs. Giroví increases the number of competing wineries every year and has a grand jury made up of oenologists, sommeliers, winemakers, teachers and students from the School of Hospitality, vendors, distributors, restaurateurs.

The recognitions obtained demonstrate, once again, the commitment to the highest quality and demand in all its products.
