The preparationGuide

Step by step

  1. Put the olive oil in a saucepan and fry two of the four garlic cloves. While they are taking color, flour, salt and pepper the sirloins and add them to the pan.
  2. In another frying pan, put the two remaining garlic cloves and fry the mushrooms, which we have cleaned and cut into slices. When they are ready, add them to the pan and turn the sirloins along with the mushrooms.
  3. The next step is to add the Segura Viudas Brut Reserva Cava and let it cook for about ten minutes. Next, add the cream and let it cook for another ten minutes.
  4. And they will be ready to serve, you can accompany everything together or serve the sauce on one side and the sirloin on the other, we recommend the first option.
