Segura Viudas Brut Reserva has been awarded a silver medal at the prestigious Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, held in Luxembourg. This new recognition demonstrates the high quality of our cavas made in the Heredad, where we carry out all our activity with a deep respect for our roots, the environment and quality, combining tradition and modernity.
The silver medal winner, Segura Viudas Brut Reserva cava, comes from grapes harvested by hand and transported in 25-kilogram boxes to avoid breaking the grains. Characterized by its fruit aromas and its freshness and complexity, Segura Viudas Brut Reserva spends a minimum of 15 months in aging inside the bottle, presenting structure, smoothness in the mouth, more complex aromas (honey, nuts, flowers) and an elegant and persistent bubble.
The 28th edition of the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles was held in Luxembourg, at the LuxExpo congress and exhibition center. The contest has a rigorously selected jury based on specialized journalists, winemakers, international buyers, researchers and representatives of institutions; together they make up a cosmopolitan panel of around 51 nationalities, whose responsibility is to award the medals.
