Vicky´s roots
Born in Quart de les Valls, Vicky discovered her passion for cooking in Formentera at the age of 17. She honed her skills under the mentorship of prestigious Valencian chefs.
Arrels restaurant
At just 25 years old, Vicky opened Arrels (“Roots” in Catalan), her first solo restaurant in Sagunto, in the renovated stables of a 16th-century palace.
Michelin star
Arrels quickly gained acclaim, earning a place in the MICHELIN Guide under the Bib Gourmand category in 2019, and securing its first Michelin Star in 2021.
