    The preparationGuide

    Step by step

    1. Rinse, peel & cut potatoes & onions thoroughly.
    2. Add sliced potatoes and onions to fry.
    3. In a mixing bowl beat 4 eggs. Season with salt.
    4. Mix potatoes and onions with eggs and let rest.
    5. Heat ¼ cup of olive oil in a frying pan/skillet.
    6. Pour in the potato mixture. Push down the edges with a spatula. Let it cook until the edges crisp.
    7. Cover the skillet with a large plate with one hand while holding the handle of your skillet with the other hand. Press the plate tightly to the skillet and quickly flip the skillet over so the omelet is inverted onto the plate.
    8. Return the empty skillet to the stove, add 2 tsp of oil, and slide the omelet back into the pan & cook until crisp.
