After last year’s success, the Thematic Nights are back, starting in May every Friday you will enjoy a unique gastronomic offer from the hand of local chefs and producers, and everything, as usual, paired with Segura Viudas wines and cavas:

JAPANESE NIGHT: MAY 28th AND JULY 2nd

Since it was one of the nights that you enjoyed the most, we wanted to start with this oriental experience. This year we present a menu based on the Japanese country where sushi will be the star, but it will not be alone, it will be accompanied by other dishes that are part of Japanese gastronomy and will make everyone who comes enjoy.

Japanese tasting menu: Wakame salad, sushi, yakisoba (beef, chicken and shrimp) Yakitori chicken, coconut Mochi, paired with Segura Viudas bar.

NIGHT OF CHEESES: JUNE 4th AND JULY 9th

Cheeses are the delight of any gourmet and also never fail if accompanied by a good wine or cava from Segura Viudas. In addition, to make it more interesting, we propose two very different nights, in one of them the cheeses will be all local, and on the contrary, the other night the cheeses will be international. Will you be able to choose only one?

MEXICAN NIGHT: JUNE 11th AND JULY 16th

The other big hit of last season was the Mexican night, so we also wanted to recover it, but in the same way that we have done it with the Japanese, we have changed the menu, so everyone who wants to, can repeat and keep discovering why spicy attracts us and we like it so much. What we can assure you is that there is nothing better than a glass of cava after a spicy bite.

Mexican tasting menu: Guacamole with “pico de gallo”, Nachos with 3 cheeses, Quesadillas with mushrooms, Enchiladas with meat, Cactus and lime sorbet and pairing with Segura Viudas bar.

GOURMET TAPAS NIGHT: JULY 30

Because when we think of summer we always imagine it outside, sitting on a terrace and drinking something very cool. Those afternoons that you stay for a drink with friends and they always lengthen and it ends up becoming a…shall we eat something?

Well, this has been the inspiration for this thematic night, reliving an afternoon that lengthens and becomes a snack dinner with friends on a terrace. We wanted to give it one more point and we have selected some gourmet dishes to make this night a night to remember.

Tasting menu of 5 tapas / dishes paired with Segura Viudas bar and a surprise dessert.

SALTED FISH NIGHT: JULY 23rd

One of the objectives of these thematic nights is to make you know local producers and businesses in the Segura Viudas area Segura, and that is what this night is about, all the products come from “La Botigueta del Mig” located in our town, Torrelavit, with whom he already we worked last summer and it makes it easier for us to present a different theme. This time they bring us a selection of his best salted fish products, one of their specialties. Products of excellence and quality that combine with our range of wines and cavas.

Smoked meats, fish, fideuá and surprise dessert tasting menu, all paired with Segura Viudas bar.
