- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Star-tipped Piping Pastry Bag
- For the coating add 1⁄2 cup sugar & 2 tsp. cinnamon in a shallow dish, set aside.

Step by step
- Combine flour, water, butter, sugar and salt to pan, cook and stir until mixture is smooth.
- Add vanilla and egg to flour mixture & blend. Pipe mixture 6-inch lengths and cut.
- Let fry until golden brown, then cool on paper towels to dry.
- Transfer to your sugar coating and roll to coat.
- Serve your Churros warm with a chilled glass of Segura Viudas Rosé Cava, whose hints of strawberry and grenadine pair flawlessly with your Churro recipe!
