Step by step
- Soak patatas in very hot water. Once soaked, dry thoroughly, add to a baking sheet with oil, salt & garlic. Toss to coat.
- Bake your patatas for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- While your patatas are cooking, prepare your bravas sauce!
- Remove patatas from oven and sprinkle with a bit more salt to taste. Place in dish and drizzle with bravas salsa.
