    • 1 ½ cups Salsa, medium or hot
    • 1 ½ lbs. Ground Beef
    • 1/3 cup Seasoned Dry Breadcrumbs
    • 1/3 cup Milk
    • 1 tbsp. Fresh Cilantro, chopped

    The preparationGuide

    Step by step

    1. Bring water, carrots, potatoes, onion, salsa, to a boil in a large stockpot.
    2. Reduce heat and cook, stirring occasionally, at a medium simmer for 10 minutes.
    3. Mix beef, breadcrumbs, and milk together in a bowl.
    4. Form into 1-inch meatballs.
    5. Add meatballs to broth. Cover and cook until meatballs are no longer pink in the center and vegetables are tender.
    6. Garnish with cilantro.
