Tapas & Wines Night by chef Miquel Soria from Vilafranca

Summer nights are synnymus of relatives or friends dinners sharing some tapas in a terrace. On Saturday 22nd of August we propose:

• Visit the original Segura Viudas vat cellar
• Paired Dinner:
  • Organic pink tomato with tuna belly & SV Xarel·lo.
  • Our version of braves (french potatoes with spicy sauce) & Brut Orgànic
  • Calamari sandwich with kimchi and citric mayonnaise & Brut Rosat.
  • Iberian rib cooked 36h at 65ºC and glaze & SV Garnatxa.
  • Bread with oli and chocolate & Brut Vintage.

The last night of August we propose a unique mix of smells and flavours. The Tahi cousine, with Thai, Hindus and even Chinese origins; will accompany Segura Viudas wines and cavas. We propose:

• Paired Dinner:
  • Thai croquette with coconut & SV Xartel·lo.
  • Pad Thai & Brut Vintage.
  • Curry chicken with basmati rice & SV Garnatxa.
  • Cheesecake with lime and ginger & Brut Orgànic.
